⚠️ Please note that securing a slot is not guaranteed and depends on how quickly you complete your details and progress through the booking stages, as well as the number of slots released by the visa center (which can range from one to over a hundred, significantly affecting your chances).

📅 Length: The service is active for 30 days from the purchase date. It is not a recurring subscription. To continue receiving notifications after 30 days, you will need to place a new order through this bot. Notification services will automatically cease after 30 days.

💵 Refunds: A full refund will be issued if you do not receive any notifications within the 30-day period. Under other circumstances, refunds are not available.

Our system constantly monitors the visa center's website and will automatically book an available slot for you as soon as one becomes available. There's no need for you to watch out for notifications; we manage the entire booking process on your behalf.

1️⃣ Visa Center Fees: Depending on the city, the visa center may require a booking fee. We collect this fee from you in advance so we can pay the visa center directly on your behalf at the time of booking. This process ensures that we can secure your slot promptly. To maintain transparency and trust, we will provide you with the visa center's invoice along with your appointment confirmation. This invoice serves as proof that the fee you paid was used directly to cover the visa center fee for your slot.

2️⃣ Data Submission: After finalizing the visa center fee arrangement, a form will be made available to you. This form is designed to gather all the necessary information required to complete your booking.

3️⃣ Slot Allocation and Confirmation: We begin searching for an available slot immediately after receiving your completed form. Please note that the bot has a queue in place, meaning we will first secure appointments for customers that have contacted us sooner. The process of obtaining a slot can take anywhere between a few days and up to four weeks, depending on how often the visa centre releases slots. Upon securing an appointment, you will be notified and receive a screenshot of the booking. The complete PDF document of your appointment will be made available after the payment for our services is completed.

💵 Refunds: If you change your mind before a slot is secured, we offer an 80% refund of your advance payment. However, once a slot is secured and the visa center fee has been paid, we are unable to provide a refund due to the incurred costs.

📅 Time Management: You will be able to specify your preferred dates for the appointment on the order page after payment. Please note that setting specific date preferences may reduce the likelihood of finding an available slot.
